Lennybird
Jewelry
Lennybird Jewelry focuses on earrings and other fun accessories made in a sustainable manner. Our earrings come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are primarily made out of clay or salvaged leather. Our ceramic earrings are handcrafted, glazed, and fired by us! Our leather products are all made out of salvaged premium leather, excess leather from a local leather craftsman, and are hand marbled dyed. We then cut the leather into unique goods.
Lennybird Jewelry also offers other fun accessories, such as boot charms, croc charms, and key chains. Our company strives to make our products in the most sustainable way possible. All leather used in our earrings, boot charms, and key chains is salvaged from scraps. All acrylic used in our earrings and boot charms comes from either scraps from other artists (they used the original piece themselves and we are fitting cuts into the gaps) or off cuts from acrylic manufactures. We hope to show people that sustainable items can still be beautiful and unique!
We strive to operate in a sustainable way producing as close to zero waste as possible with our goods.

Sustainability
We strive to operate in a sustainable way producing as close to zero waste as possible with our goods. Since we are a small business and make smaller quantities of our goods, we can operate in a very efficient and sustainable way.
Sustainable Practices
Lennybird’s goal is to produce products in as sustainable a way as possible. What does this mean? When buying supplies from manufacturers, we try to source sustainably produced materials. Using salvaged materials wherever possible.
The clay used in our ceramic products and jewelry is a naturally occurring material, i.e. it comes from the earth.
Salvaged Materials
Most of our goods will note that they are created with salvaged materials. What does that mean? Well at Lennybird, the leather used in our goods are scraps from a local leather craftsman. The acrylic used is also scraps, whether it be from other artists or manufacturers. Even the clay used in our ceramic goods is primarily sourced from scrap clay.
The fabric used in our scrunchies and other fabric goods have been sourced from creative reuse stores (we strongly recommend you check your local one out!) This is where all our polymer clay is sourced from as well. Although this does limit the materials we use in our products, producing goods in a sustainable manner is at the core of who we are!
Our Packaging
All of the paper and cardstock used to display our products comes from our local creative reuse store. We strive to be plastic free and use easily recyclable materials (i.e. paper) whenever possible in our packaging. Diverting the paper from the waste stream by salvaging them from our local creative reuse store is the cherry on top!

What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent Jewelry is a dainty gold or silver chain that is custom fit to you and welded closed - so it stays on forever (or as long as you want it really!). These beautiful bracelets are 14k Gold Filled or Sterling Silver chains - so light and airy you’ll barely feel them on your wrist, ankle, or neck! The process is painless, easy and fun! Great for friendship bracelets, sister, mother daughter bonding, bachelorette parties, or simply to treat yourself to the easiest accessory you will ever own. Permanent bracelets are a perfect way to signify “forever” in any relationship!
Why the name Lennybird?
Lennybird is a combination of our dogs’ names. Ezra has a little spaniel mix named Ladybird, and Taylor has a Shipoo named Lennon - who’s nickname happens to be Lenny. When combining the two we created Lennybird!
At Lennybird we love animals, so we used our immediate family’s pet names to name all of our chains. The most popular chain, Fenton, is named after Ezra’s other dog, a chocolate lab.
Lennon
Lennon is an old man but still enjoys the outdoors. He is now blind and deaf but has never let that stop him from exploring - although at a much slower pace. The best part of his day are the walks in the park with his moms, where he can smell all the smells
Ladybird
Ladybird is a little over one and still has all her puppy energy. She loves life and has never met an object that she didn’t put in her mouth, as her life moto is the same as Andrew Zimmern’s - “If it looks good eat it!” If you are lucky enough to come to a dog-friendly pop-up, Ladybird can usually be found at Ezra’s feet or lap!
