  • Our high-quality chains are durable and made to last on your wrist; however if you need to remove your bracelet you can cut it with scissors or tin snips.

  • If your jewelry were to break, we will do our best to repair it for you. Stop by one of our pop-up locations to have it fixed free of cost (if chain is repairable). Please note, we are not liable for lost chains.

  • Not at all! It’s a simple zap of light, you shouldn’t feel a thing.

    We also put a protective layer of leather between your skin and the welded spot on the jump ring to ensure no actual contact between the welding electrode and your skin.

  • Yes! TSA doesn’t ask you to remove fine jewelry when going through security. Your permanent jewelry will travel with you world wide!

  • Anyone under 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian present. Children must be at least 10 years old and be able to sit completely still during the process.

  • Yes, if you have a pacemaker you should not undergo the welding process.

  • You may be required to remove your jewelry during medical procedures such as X-Rays or MRI’s. Consult your doctor if this will be required.

    If this does happen, stop by one of our pop-up locations for us to weld the jewelry back on.
